At Mila Workwear, every order is made to order and individually personalised to your requirements. Whether you're ordering embroidered workwear, printed clothing or branded accessories, we take pride in producing every item with care and attention to detail.

From individual garments to larger business orders, we aim to deliver professional results you can be proud of.

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery · FREE

Orders usually arrive within 7–10 working days. This includes the time needed to personalise, embroider or print your items and prepare your order for dispatch. Tracking is provided with all orders.

Express Delivery · £2.99

Need your workwear sooner? Our Express Delivery service costs £2.99, with orders usually arriving within 5–6 working days. Tracking is provided.

Priority Delivery · £5.99

For orders needed sooner, our Priority Delivery service costs £5.99, with orders usually arriving within 3–4 working days. Tracking is provided.

Please note that delivery times include production and personalisation. As every order is made to order, larger quantities or more complex requirements may require additional processing time.

We always do our best to complete and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. However, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control. If we become aware of an unexpected delay, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout, as incorrect addresses may cause delays that we cannot prevent.

International Delivery

We supply branded workwear and personalised clothing to customers internationally.

International orders usually arrive within 10–15 working days (2–3 weeks), including the time needed to personalise and prepare your order before dispatch.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail, with delivery costs calculated at checkout based on your location.

Customs, Duties & Refunds

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges upon arrival in your country.

These charges are determined by the relevant customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please also note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
